For a different way to sample some of the Southern Highlands cool climate wines, why not join us for 'Fling in the Vines'. an opportunity to explore the vineyards of the Berrima district on a mountain bike.
Ride commences 10.30am from The magpie Cafe' in Berrima, and covers 25kms on country roads and farm tracks. As part of the Days of Wine, Airs and Roses Festival, as well as a part of the Highland Fling mountain bike race weekend, we will sample fine wines and local cheeses at Blue Metal Vineyard, tour High Range Vinters to lern how the wine is made and taste some of the excellent cool climate wines produced by Tertini Wines.
